My doubles ranking was much higher than my singles and it was a decision based on making money. I never believed I could make it into the worlds top 200 in singles, so I decided to focus on doubles.

Ken: I like the idea of coaching being allowed. Coaches don’t win matches but some type of communication might help, even if its at the end of each set.

Ken: The Ad scoring is something you love or hate depending on how you have been doing. Many teams can go on runs where they play a large number of matches that are tight and basically win due to a single point. The ad scoring benefits the returning team as only one player needs to playing well in a game to break serve. The match tie breaks are good for the supporters and enjoyable for the teams who are confident. Its important to get a good start as you can stay on top throughtout a mtb if you can hold serve.

Ken: The team who are capable of making you feel the most helpless is Bob and Mike Bryan. When they play to their best they can dominate any pair! You have to be on the top of your game to have any chance of success.

Ken: My first professional doubles title I won was back in 2005 with Richard Bloomfield. We won a $10000 event in Wrexham.
